I'm looking for a Virtual Legal Assistant to join our growing remote team! If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and have experience in administrative or legal support, this is your opportunity to work with a dynamic, international team.
Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
Manage client communications via email and phone.
Schedule meetings, calls, and manage calendars.
Maintain and organize digital files and case records.
Conduct basic legal research when needed.
Prepare summaries, reports, and follow-up notes.
Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Fluent English (written and spoken). B2/C1
Experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or virtual assistant (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Confidentiality and professionalism are a must.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or CRM platforms.
