Hi there! We are looking to hire a Junior Account Manager ASAP!

Experience working for a digital marketing or advertising company is strongly preferred, but not required.

This position is a full-time, 40+ hour per week role, with potential for additional hours based on availability. You will be required to work during Pacific Standard Time hours. 

As a Junior Account Manager on the A3 team, you will be working closely with a Senior Account Manager and helping them with Client requirements as needed. You will learn how we help them grow their businesses with our tools and our methodology. You will also be collaborating closely with our internal team and with the CEO, collecting client referrals, and keeping track of client’s important events to send them things when needed (i.e. a basket if they have a newborn, flowers if there was a loss, etc.) You will be working in a fast-paced environment 

You must have STRONG listening skills and communication skills, note taking skills, and strong interpersonal skills. You must be EXTREMELY organized, and view timelines as something that is non-negotiable, not suggestions. You must be the type of person who doesn't need people to tell you to do something twice. You will need to be a strong critical thinker who can "think outside of the box" when needed, and if you're not 100% sure about something, you're the type of person who asks questions and isn't afraid to admit when they aren't fully on the same page with the rest of the team.

(Side note - if you have a great sense of humor and thick skin, even better! I (the founder) have a really unique sense of humor, and also swear a lot - so if this offends you, or if you're allergic to a fun time, then this role might be a nightmare, lol).
