Junior Paralegal - Real Estate Transactions

Full Job Description

Junior Paralegal role will take attorney notes from abstract examination and type title opinions/ title commitments within our technology platforms. These title opinions require great attention to detail including specific formatting and content. The title objections exact language are provided in a manual. These typed report will be reviewed by our senior paralegal.

Job Responsibilities

✅ Successful output of commitments and preliminary title opinions with minimal errors.

✅ Ability to multitask across several real estate transactions.

✅ Ability to jump in headfirst to assist other team members where and when needed.

✅ Efficient and effective drafting of legal
