Hours: Agent will work from 8:30AM-5:30PM Pacific Time with one hour break.

Wage: $750 Salary + $100-400 commission

Personal Characteristics: Great written and phone skills, detail oriented, great sense of urgency, reliable, self-motivated, and have exceptional customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities

-Lead generation

-Social Media Management: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter, Linkedin, Nextdoor, Youtube, etc

-Lead generation

-Marketing Campaign

-Video Editing

-Create templates and Photoshop

-Help around the office with light admin tasks from time-to-time

-Help BDM follow up on leads

Job Requirements

-Basic skills on Social Media

-Excellent communication skill

-MUST HAVE A QUIET home office set up with reliable internet.

- Agent may need to work 15-30 mins over the weekend by responding to inbound leads

- Agent must have sense of urgency and answer the call within 5 mins to inbound leads
