Role Mission:
As a Lead Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue by generating quality leads and booking appointments with motivated land sellers. This position is crucial in ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for our Acquisition Managers and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
Conduct initial due diligence on leads to determine fit
Call leads produced by our lead generation team to vet motivation, confirm land details, and extract an asking price - follow the script!
Book quality appointments (minimum 15 per week) for our Acquisition Managers
Check-in on campaigns on Launch Control and Ready Mode to assess when new leads are needed
Participate in daily role plays, huddles, and team meetings
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide end-of-day reports
Engage in continuous education and training to improve performance
Required Experience & Skills:
High school diploma required
1 year of experience in a communication center or lead generation/management for a land business or house wholesaler
Advanced level of English speaking skills
Proficiency in CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred)
Experience with SMS marketing tools (Launch Control) and cold calling software (Ready Mode)
Strong technological competence (Google Drive, Slack)
Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills
High level of integrity and leadership qualities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Call every lead within 30 minutes of being pushed by our cold callers and texters
Book a minimum of 15 high-quality appointments per week for Acquisition Managers
