We are looking for a Lead Manager to be the frontline operator in managing and qualifying leads for our land acquisition business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, analyzing opportunities, and keeping systems organized. You’ll work closely with our acquisitions team to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Call, text, and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
Engage sellers to understand motivation, property details, and pricing expectations.
Log and track all interactions in the CRM, ensuring data integrity.
Analyze property leads (ownership details, property values, county data, comparable sales).
Nurture relationships with sellers, building trust and rapport.
Coordinate with acquisitions specialists on high-priority deals.
Prepare property summaries and reports for the executive team.
Maintain consistent communication cadence with warm and cold leads.
Qualifications
Excellent English (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and conversational skills.
Confident on the phone with ability to handle objections.
Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar).
Basic understanding of real estate or land investing preferred.
Detail-oriented and disciplined with follow-up systems.
Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate property data.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and proactive.
