We’re looking for a Lead Manager / Virtual Assistant who can help us stay organized, follow up with leads, and keep our business running efficiently.
Position Overview - The Lead Manager will be responsible for calling, nurturing, and organizing real estate leads to ensure timely follow-up and effective communication between potential clients and our agents. This person will play a vital role in maintaining our database and improving conversion rates through consistent contact and quality communication.

This person will play a vital role in maintaining our database and improving conversion rates through consistent contact and quality communication.Key Responsibilities - Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leadsRespond to inbound inquiries quickly and professionallyMaintain and update lead information in our CRMSchedule appointments for agents and ensure follow-up is completedTrack and report lead activity and progress. Collaborate with team members to improve systems and processes
