We are seeking experienced and driven Lead Qualification Specialists to join our team. As an opener, you will play a pivotal role in managing inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads for medical device sales. If you have exceptional English-speaking skills, experience in the medical field, and are adept at engaging with doctors, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to qualify potential leads.
  • Communicate with prospects to gather essential information and determine their suitability for medical device products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Utilize provided scripts and tools to achieve qualification goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or lead qualification, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related field.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and experience engaging with doctors or medical professionals is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and use CRM systems efficiently.

Technical Requirements

  • A computer with an Intel i7 processor (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Wired headset with excellent sound quality.

Job Responsibilities

Inbound and Outbound Call Management

  • Professionally handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to potential leads.
  • Establish rapport with prospects and create a positive first impression.

Lead Qualification

  • Conduct initial assessments to qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Ask pertinent questions to gather critical information about prospects' needs, challenges, and readiness to purchase.

Communication with Medical Professionals

  • Effectively communicate with doctors and other medical professionals using appropriate terminology.
  • Explain product features and benefits succinctly to gauge interest and suitability.

Collaboration with Sales Team

  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales team with detailed and accurate notes.
  • Work closely with closers to ensure smooth follow-ups and maximize conversion rates.

CRM and Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Log call outcomes, prospect details, and next steps to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines

  • Utilize provided scripts to deliver consistent and professional messaging.
  • Tailor conversations to meet individual lead needs while maintaining the core objectives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead conversion.
  • Provide regular updates on key metrics to supervisors.

Continuous Learning and Improvement

  • Stay informed about the company’s medical devices and services to effectively address questions and concerns.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills, overcome objections, and enhance lead engagement techniques.
