Leads Coordinator

Full Job Description

We are looking for a leads coordinator for our busy and growing property management company. Daily duties include calling leads of available rental properties, following up with leads, setting up showings. Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30pm.

Job Requirements

Eligible candidate will be very well spoken with excellent communication skills and professional demeanor, very friendly and mature, have excellent phone communication skills and written communication skills. Candidate should also be very focused, detail oriented and able to multi-task

Required skill sets / knowledge base:

Microsoft excel

Gmail/Google documents

Expansive / Above average understanding of internet in general

Excellent organization / detail orientation

Must type 50 wpm minimum.
