Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive legal assistant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist in managing administrative tasks, processing title orders, conducting public records research, and, if qualified, supporting our digital marketing efforts, including creating Facebook ad campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Process title orders and coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion.

• Research public records and compile information related to real estate transactions.

• Support general administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling, and data entry.

• If experienced, assist in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns to enhance client engagement and firm visibility.

• Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage client and transaction data efficiently.

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and maintain high standards of service.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience in real estate, legal work, or title processing is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with digital marketing, specifically Facebook Ads, is a plus.

• Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Alignment with Danilson Law’s core values is essential.
