Full Job Description

We are looking to add a full-time female acquisitions manager to join our land investment company. We specialize in buying and selling vacant land across the United States. In this role, you'll spearhead negotiations and close high-value land transactions while building lasting relationships. If you're a dynamic closer, we want you on our team!

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (9:30am - 6:30pm CST)

Pay:

Base Salary between $10/hr-$12/hr plus up to $20,000 bonus potential

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-qualified, warm leads to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Refine offer prices for competitive deals and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with potential sellers.
• Finalize purchase agreements smoothly.
• Provide administrative support and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Analyze market trends and property values.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success.
• Proven ability to excel in American company sales, with a focus on negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) with a natural American accent.
• Strong organization and phone skills, making people feel comfortable.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
• Dedication to fostering long-term professional relationships and a desire for career growth.
• Ambitious, driven by deals, outgoing, results-oriented, proactive, analytical, empathetic, and resourceful.

• Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
• Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
