Full Job Description

We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager VA to join our team and elevate our online presence. We are a dynamic company at the intersection of fashion and technology, dedicated to bringing innovative fashion solutions to a global audience. Our brand aims to transport people through fashion, making them feel like they've traveled the world. 

This is a full-time role (40 hrs a week) working hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm Pacific Time.

We want someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay anywhere between $8-$10 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and implement social media strategies to align with business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a vibrant community.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies based on insights.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve.
• Work closely with the management team on collaboration and outsourcing for new ideas and strategies.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Familiarity with photo and video editing tools. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InShot, & VSCO)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and new trends in social media.

• Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
