Looking for an Acquisitions Manager!

Full Job Description

We are looking to add a full-time acquisitions manager to join our land investment company. We specialize in buying and selling vacant land across the United States. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to contribute to our growth and success.

In this role, you will be calling warm leads, following up with previous leads, negotiating purchases, and closing deals.

We are looking for someone who has real sales ability. Please do not apply if this is not you! 

Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm Pacific Time).

Base Salary between $7/hr-$12/hr (depending on experience) plus commission.

Job Responsibilities

• Talk to pre-qualified, warm leads.
• Refine offer prices for competitive deals.
• Present offers convincingly.
• Negotiate with potential sellers.
• Finalize purchase agreements.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in speaking and writing English
• Minimal foreign accent (many of our sellers want to feel like they are speaking to someone in the United States)
• Detail-oriented (notes of the calls must be added to the CRM)
• Kind and empathetic.
• Hungry for professional growth (As this is a salary + commission role, you are in control of how much you'd like to earn. We want someone who is motivated to help others and wants to make an incredible income)
• Previous sales skills
• CRM experience, we use Follow Up Boss
• Familiar with G Suite
• Proficient with using County websites to source property information
• Slack for team communication
• Google earth for reviewing properties
• Data Tree and Landvision for comping properties
• Redfin for comping properties
• Zillow for comping properties
• Land.com network of sites for comping properties
• Any additional real estate information is a huge bonus

• Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
• Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup
