Full Job Description

Build and maintain custom API workflows in Make.com and/or Zapier to push and pull data between our systems and client platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom API workflows in Make.com and/or Zapier to push and pull data between our systems and client platforms.
• Create automated Monday.com integrations using API tokens, webhooks, and custom scenarios.
• Develop secure, scalable automation logic to manage customer-facing and backend operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, ensuring high system uptime.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and refine use cases.
• Document workflows, authentication protocols, and error-handling logic for long-term sustainability.

Job Requirements

• Proven expertise with Make.com (Integromat) and/or Zapier, including advanced features (routers, iterators, custom functions).
• 3+ years working with REST APIs and webhooks.
• In-depth knowledge of Monday.com, including its API schema and automations framework.
• Experience integrating systems like CRMs, ERPs, customer portals, or marketing tools.
• Solid grasp of data transformation, JSON structures, and conditional logic.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
