Full Job Description

We are Kassas Deals, a growing real estate company specializing in Wholesaling and Co-Wholesaling in Florida. We connect real estate investors and cash buyers with high-potential off-market deals. We're looking for a Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist to manage our online presence, especially on Facebook and Google, and to help us grow our buyers list and partner network through content, advertising, and digital outreach.

Job Responsibilities

1. Post deals in active Facebook groups related to real estate investing and wholesaling in Florida.
2. Identify and join new Facebook groups with potential buyers and partners.
3. Manage Facebook interactions: respond to messages, comments, and inquiries.
4. Plan, launch, and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
5. Design marketing content such as flyers, video posts, and ad creatives using Canva or similar tools.
6. Edit short videos to showcase properties or deals.
7. Assist in SMS and email marketing strategies.
8. Track and report campaign results (clicks, leads, conversions).
9. Suggest improvements to the marketing and lead generation processes.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred).
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Design skills with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
• Basic to intermediate English for reading and communication.
• Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and accountability.
• Bonus: Familiarity with real estate investing or wholesaling.
• Bonus: Knowledge of SMS marketing tools (Launch Control, Twilio) or automation tools (Zapier, GoHighLevel).
