We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Campaign Manager with extensive experience in managing ad campaigns (Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube), optimizing ad spend, and improving ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong data-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Job Responsibilities

🎯Campaign Management

  1. Develop, implement, and manage ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.

🎯Performance Analysis and Reporting

  1. Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all ad campaigns.
  2. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  3. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all ad campaigns, including performance reports and strategic plans.
  4. Conduct A/B testing for campaigns to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.

🎯Digital Marketing Support

  1. Review and provide feedback on ad creatives to ensure alignment with campaign goals and performance standards.
  2. Support digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media, and PPC.
  3. Monitor and optimize email campaign performance targeting clients and leads.
  4. Suggest and implement landing page improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.


Job Requirements

✅At least 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and media buying, with a strong focus on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn is a plus.

✅Proven experience working with U.S. clients or deep familiarity with U.S. culture.

✅Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize ad performance.

✅Demonstrated success in managing significant ad budgets and achieving high ROI.

✅Experience managing a marketing budget of more than $15,000 per month.

✅Previous experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or tech environment.

✅Proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools.

✅Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertisement, or a related field preferred.
