As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading our agency’s marketing efforts, driving client acquisition, and optimizing revenue growth. You will oversee the execution of high-performance marketing strategies for both our agency and our clients while ensuring alignment with sales objectives. This role requires a rare blend of strategic digital marketing expertise and a sales-driven mindset to drive inbound leads, close high-value deals, and scale the agency's revenue.
Marketing & Growth Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives both client acquisition and brand growth.
Oversee lead generation campaigns, content marketing, and paid advertising to attract high-quality leads.
Optimize and scale marketing funnels for maximum ROI.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging digital strategies, and competitive landscapes.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Work closely with the sales team to generate, nurture, and close high-value leads.
Develop and refine the sales process, scripts, and outreach strategies to maximize conversions.
Implement data-driven sales strategies to improve closing rates and shorten the sales cycle.
Lead high-level sales conversations with potential clients and pitch the agency’s services effectively.
Client Acquisition & Retention
Build and manage strategic partnerships, referral programs, and outbound prospecting initiatives.
Identify and pursue high-value clients and industries that align with agency services.
Develop strategies to increase client retention, upsells, and long-term contracts.
Oversee client onboarding and ensure seamless service transitions.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketers, sales representatives, and account managers.
Set and track KPIs for both marketing and sales performance.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high-performance execution.
Data, Analytics & Optimization
Use analytics tools to track marketing performance, conversion rates, and sales metrics.
Continuously optimize digital campaigns, sales funnels, and lead generation efforts.
Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and automation to enhance efficiency.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing & sales leadership roles, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
Proven expertise in paid media (Google, Facebook, TikTok ads), SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
Strong background in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that directly drive revenue.
Deep understanding of conversion optimization, lead nurturing, and pipeline management.
