Marketing Mangement & Strategy for a Restaurant Group in the United States

M&A Brands is a US-based craft-casual restaurant group located in Boston, MA with five locations. Our main concept is Mike & Patty’s a breakfast sandwich shop and we also have a pizza and bakery concept!

We’re looking for someone with a strong marketing, social media and brand management background that can help us communicate a clear strategy and standard for our brands across all platforms. 

This position would work closely with our owners, management team, admins, store employees, graphic designers and other stakeholders including our partners such as food suppliers, technology companies and more.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage our brand presence across all digital platforms to a high standard including social media, email marketing, websites, etc.
• Help craft and execute a brand strategy both digital and in-stores
• Develop, create and maintain a year long marketing calendar based on a calendar 
• Manage influencer marketing
• Create and manage a dashboard with monthly compiling of marketing data
• Execute and manage brand-related projects such as procuring and sourcing custom packaging and apparel
• Help manage guest/customer-based systems such as review management
• Help manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

• Strong English fluency and communication skills
• College degree in marketing, business, communications or related field preferred
• Significant experience with social media marketing and brand management
• A passion for food, consumer brands and marketing
• Significant experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
• High standards for design and aesthetics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to learn new platforms
• Graphic design and video editing skills a plus
• Experience working with food or in the restaurant industry a plus
