Marketing Assistant with Paid Media Experience to support one of our Rockstar clients!

Job Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and refining marketing strategies to enhance overall campaign effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
• Campaign Implementation: Oversee the implementation of various marketing campaigns, including email marketing, product launches, and nurturing sequences. Ensure all campaigns are tracked, monitored, and optimized for performance.
• Lead Management: Track and manage leads through various stages of the sales funnel, coordinating sales calls and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
• Content Optimization: Work on optimizing content to improve conversion rates and drive sales. Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
• SEO and Website Management: Address SEO-related issues on the website, including site and off-site SEO. Work on strategies to improve site indexing and visibility on Google.
• Lead Magnet Nurture Sequence: Develop and implement a nurture sequence for lead magnets to engage potential customers and guide them through the conversion process.

Job Requirements

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on conversion and ROI.
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and a solid understanding of how to optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Proficiency in tracking and managing leads through the sales funnel, with a focus on improving conversion rates and coordinating sales activities.
• Ability to analyze and optimize content for conversion, ensuring it effectively drives sales and aligns with marketing objectives.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices, including site and off-site SEO, to address website indexing issues and improve search engine visibility.
• Experience in developing and implementing nurture sequences for lead magnets to engage and convert leads.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in executing marketing tasks and managing campaigns.
