Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Project Manager, where you'll oversee diverse marketing projects, ensuring their timely and professional execution. Working closely with the CEO, you'll be instrumental in managing and coordinating all aspects of our marketing campaigns, from conception to delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Allocate resources and manage daily Instagram postings for clients, guaranteeing engaging and consistent content.
• Supervise video editors to ensure high-quality video content aligns with project goals and deadlines.
• Lead graphic designers in creating impactful visual assets that resonate with our target audiences.
• Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns for enhanced performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and engagement.
• Develop shot lists for photo and video shoots, aligning with project objectives and creative vision.
• Drive creative strategy development, using insights for innovative and effective marketing solutions.
• Identify and onboard skilled videographers to meet project requirements.
• Source and coordinate photographers for various marketing initiatives, focusing on quality imagery.
• Design presentations that effectively communicate project goals, strategies, and outcomes.
• Streamline project management using tools like Trello and Slack for improved workflow and team communication.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in project management tools such as Trello, Slack, and various marketing platforms like HootSuite, Meta Business, Klavio, Pipedrive.
