Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Monthly Calendar Management: Develop and manage the monthly marketing calendar, ensuring all team members are aware of their tasks and deadlines.

- Market Trends Analysis: Analyze market trends to inform and adjust marketing strategies.

- Monthly Reporting: Compile and present monthly reports on marketing performance.

- Cross-Department Communication: Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

- Content Writing & Publishing: Write and publish content on our website using Shopify.

- Price Changes on Shopify: Manage price updates and changes on the Shopify platform.

- Email Newsletter Writing: Craft engaging email newsletters to connect with our audience.

- Charity & Influencer Communication: Coordinate with social media influencers and manage charity communication efforts.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Experience with tools like Zapier, Asana, Chatbase, ChatGPT, Canva, Descript, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Proficiency in Later.com, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Store, and Google Search Console.

- Experience using Gorgias, FraudBlocker, SEOCrawl, and various Shopify Apps.

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
