Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist.

If you’re the kind of person who loves writing planning marketing strategy, writing email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, optimizing Google Ads, improving SEO, analysing customer data, we’d love to talk to you.

You will be responsible for planning and executing our marketing strategy.

We use modern tools like Intercom, Klaviyo, Google Ads, WebFlow, TenScore, Hike as well as custom developed software where we need it.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Email Marketing (including newsletters and other campaigns)
2. SEO Improvements
3. Google Ads management
4. Maintaining landing pages
5. Understanding Customer Trends
6. Producing materials for the sales team to use when engaging with customers
7. Analyzing customer behaviour in our market place

We don’t expect you to have experience in everything. We just ask that you are eager to learn. We’ll make sure you have the support to learn new skills and get up to speed quickly.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Experience working in digital marketing, email campaigns, copywriting, data analysis, Google Ads and SEO
• Ideally experience with Klaviyo and Webflow
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated patience and confidence when dealing with challenging situations.
• High emotional intelligence, innate curiousity in others, and a desire to help
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software - particularly Excel
