🚀 About BAMC Incubator
BAMC Incubator is a fast-growing Growth Agency helping high-ticket and service-based businesses scale using our proprietary BAMC Formula: Branding, Advertising, Marketing, and Content. We need a high-performing strategist to lead our client results and team execution.
🎯 Role Objective
Your mission is to take full ownership of client campaign strategy and execution — across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Go High Level, funnels, and team management — so our CEO can fully focus on growth, partnerships, and sales.
This is a leadership + operator role for someone who’s done it before, knows what works, and can own performance from day one.
🔧 Core Responsibilities
🔥 Marketing Strategy & Campaign Oversight
- Build and manage winning campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Oversee funnel strategy and execution: landing pages, lead magnets, automations
- Develop detailed growth plans and KPIs for each client
- Approve/adapt ad copy, creatives, targeting, and budget allocation
- Own weekly performance reporting and optimization plans
🧑💼 Team Leadership
- Lead a team of designers, media buyers, CRM/funnel specialists, and content creators
- Collaborate closely with our Client Success Manager to meet all delivery goals
- Host weekly marketing team meetings and 1:1s with key performers
📊 Data & Optimization
- Analyze performance data (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR) across platforms
- Run A/B tests, creative tests, and funnel optimizations
- Provide weekly updates to CEO with action items and campaign ROI
⚙️ Systems & Scaling
- Create SOPs and frameworks for repeatable, scalable campaign execution
- Standardize funnel templates, ad creation workflows, and reporting dashboards
- Help implement AI workflows or automation to improve performance and client outcomes
✅ Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven success managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM: automations, pipelines, triggers, calendars
- Strong understanding of funnel building: landing pages, lead forms, upsells
- Ability to lead a remote team and deliver results across multiple clients simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Bonus: Experience with lead generation for service-based or high-ticket offers
