Full Job Description

As a Moving Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in our sales team by connecting with potential clients, presenting moving solutions, and closing deals. You will be handling inbound inquiries and proactively reaching out to warm leads, including past clients and referral partners. This is a remote sales position and you will have the luxury  to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our continued success.


Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via phone to understand their moving needs and provide tailored moving solutions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients before their move, ensuring seamless communication, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled moving jobs by effectively presenting service offerings and addressing customer concerns.
  • Navigate and maintain an up-to-date CRM system to manage leads, track sales progress, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate moving costs, calculate inventory, and provide clients with accurate timeframes for their move.
  • Accept and process payments securely over the phone.
  • Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and market insights through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.


Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on customer interaction.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working with a high-functioning CRM system and adapting to new software quickly.
  • Ability to think critically and offer solutions that align with both the customer’s needs and the company’s capabilities.
  • 2+ years in sales or customer service is an asset but not required.
  • Class 5 license preferred, but not required.
