Are you a master of numbers and QuickBooks, capable of weaving financial magic from afar? We are seeking a Remote Financial Wizard to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise in bookkeeping, financial management, and QuickBooks proficiency from the comfort of your home office.


Job Responsibilities

  • Record transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online
  • Ensure a reliable internet connection for seamless work
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting processes
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures
  • Verify transactions in day books, supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
  • Prepare trial balances and perform partial checks of postings
  • Enter data, maintain records, and prepare financial reports and statements
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable and process payroll promptly


Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and principles of accounts payable/receivable
  • Ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records with precision
  • Proficient data entry skills and a numerical aptitude
  • Experience using spreadsheets and proprietary accounting software
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Knowledge of Basic Accounting Principles
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and QuickBooks Online
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other accounting systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information securely
  • Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in accounting, available to start immediately
