Full Job Description

As a full-time business photographer and strategist, I am looking for an Online Media Assistant, to enhance our team and support us with Marketing & Sales Functions.  

The person I am looking for needs to have a working knowledge on:

  • Online Lead Generation and how to make all tools work together: (Lead Magnets, Email Marketing, Website, Copy)

Needs to understand:

  • Email Marketing
  • Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn*, Instagram*, Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Website knowledge
  • Sales Funnels
  • Understanding of Ads (Facebook/Instagram) or Google would be a huge plus

Your main responsibility is to participate in the development of a cohesive Online Marketing Strategy that supports Lead Generation and ties all different tools together.

In the area of content creation, you create high-quality, visually engaging content in the form of graphics (with photos and text), as well as short videos for marketing (InShot, CapCut, VideoLeap).  Knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro would be a plus.

My ideal Online Marketing Assistant would be able to understand my Brand and create content that is aligned with the Branding Guidelines, values, and Marketing goals for Growth, Engagement, and Sales, as defined in our Strategic Plan.

This person needs to be very well-organized, creative, and cooperative, with strong initiative and a keen eye for detail. You will need to meet delivery deadlines and create and maintain a Social Media Plan according to our jointly defined Marketing Campaigns.

Work hours

Working hours are flexible, you can organize your schedule, as long as mutually agreed deadlines are met.

This is a part-time job, I am starting this offer at 40 hours a month with a starting hourly rate of $5.  Growth in hours and remuneration are possible as expertise and high-quality work are demonstrated.  

Essential Responsibilities/Functions

  • Content creation for social media (photo, graphic & short video) aligned with Personal Brand Guidelines, Brand Story, and Marketing efforts.
  • Create and Manage a Content Plan, making sure that there is a constant flow of content being published.
  • Organize the photo & video assets to ensure easy availability and re-purposing of content.
  • Create short video format as needed for marketing purposes (horizontal or vertical video)
  • Evaluate the Social Media Analytics and provide recommendations for improved growth, engagement, and sales.
  • Proactively generate ideas for Social Media Content.
  • Helping set up Sales Funnels that are promoted through Social media
  • Generating Social Media Campaigns to grow Email List and generate leads..



Key Skills & Characteristics 

  • Passion for Social Media & Communication
  • Organized and Structured to plan ahead (Project management skills/approach)
  • Strong understanding of Branding
  • Proactive in generating ideas 
  • Understanding of how sales funnels work
  • Understanding of Email Marketing and how to tie in Social Media outreach to grow Email Lists.
  • The main language of work is English.
  • Working knowledge of German would be a strong plus.
