What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Be the Voice of HomeTown Clean: Act as the first point of contact for all new and existing customers via phone, text, and email.
• Drive Sales: Handle all incoming sales inquiries with confidence and personality, providing accurate quotes and converting leads into booked cleaning jobs.
• Deliver 5-Star Customer Service: Manage scheduling, handle customer questions, and resolve any issues with empathy and professionalism to ensure customer happiness.
• Coordinate Our Cleaning Team: Assist with the cleaner recruitment funnel, including screening applicants and coordinating interviews and trial cleanings.
• Become a Systems Expert: Master our software tools (ClickUp, OpenPhone, BookingKoala) to manage all operational workflows.
• Improve Our Playbook: Actively contribute to improving our company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on your daily experiences.

• Exceptional English Fluency: You must have fluent, near-native English proficiency with a clear, minimal accent. Your communication skills are paramount.
• An Amazing Phone Presence: You are naturally friendly, confident, warm, and engaging on the phone. You can build rapport quickly.
• Proven Sales & Service Skills: You have experience and a real talent for both selling a service and handling customer support.
• Highly Tech-Savvy: You are a quick learner and are comfortable mastering new software and working in a fully digital environment.
• A Professional Remote Setup: You must have a quiet, dedicated workspace, a reliable modern computer, and high-speed, stable internet connection.

• Competitive Base Salary: Starting at $800 USD per month, paid weekly.
• Aggressive Performance Bonuses: Your earning potential is uncapped!
• $40 bonus for every new Bi-weekly/Weekly customer you book.
• $20 bonus for every new Monthly customer you book.
• $20 bonus for every new One-Time/Move-Out customer you book.
• $40 bonus for every new Cleaner you help hire (paid after they complete a trial + two solo cleanings).
