We’re looking for a sharp, reliable appointment setter who excels at written communication and knows how to turn cold conversations into qualified meetings. You’ll be manually engaging with potential clients via social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, text message) by commenting, messaging, and following up. This is not a spammy volume role—we want someone who understands sales psychology and can tailor messages to our niche. You’ll be helping grow a fast-moving U.S.-based service business that works with other small business owners. We already have a proven sales process. We need you to help open the door.

Manually engage with prospects through comments and DMs on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook and text messages
Start thoughtful, strategic conversations (no templated spam)
Set 1 qualified appointment per day with prospects who know the meeting is about our services
Research and follow accounts in our target market
Track all outreach in Notion/CRM (CRM provided)
Collaborate with the team on messaging improvements and lead quality feedback
Follow daily KPIs, attend team huddles, and continuously improve based on feedback
Fluent, professional-level written English (C1/C2 proficiency or equivalent)
Experience with DM-based appointment setting or social selling
Strong knowledge of U.S. culture, tone, and sales etiquette
Skilled in commenting and messaging strategy on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Self-starter who can hit KPIs without micromanagement
Ability to follow instructions, improve messaging over time, and think like a closer
Organized and able to track outreach using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or CRMs
Fast, stable internet connection and available for regular communication
