Full Job Description

Position Title: Outbound Lead Specialist for an Asset Recovery Firm

Shift: M-F 9AM to 6PM EST

Department: Office / Remote

Compensation: $7-$12 / hr (Bi-Weekly)

Reports To: Sales Manager

Experience (preferred or required ***):

• Extensive Real Estate Experience and Property Evaluation
• Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as BatchLeads 
• Strong analytical and research skills 
• Fluency in English (Cold Calling experience highly preferred)
• Highly organized, ability to follow processes, great communication skills required
• Technology-driven and ability to learn quickly

Job Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Driving for Dollars

• Conduct field research and canvassing in target neighborhoods to identify potential properties
• Use Driving 4 Dollars platform to flag properties ideal for acquisition, investment, or client interest

BatchLeads Utilization

• Use BatchLeads to streamline lead generation
• Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date property data
• Analyze and evaluate properties using BatchLeads tools (condition, ownership status, foreclosures, etc.)

Outbound Calls

• Make outbound calls to potential leads needing further info or clarification
• Engage sellers and verify property details

Handpick Potential Leads

• Qualify leads using company standards
• Prioritize leads with high conversion potential

Database & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain a clean and organized lead database
• Participate in team meetings and contribute feedback for improvements
