Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Marketing Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves finding and qualifying leads for our marketing services using AI tools and conducting outreach to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and sales, with a proven track record of building relationships and closing deals.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to identify and generate leads for digital marketing services.
• Conduct 40-50 cold calls per day to engage with potential clients.
• Qualify leads to determine their suitability for our services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points.
• Present and explain our marketing services (Google Ads, SEO, web design, Facebook Ads) to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and statuses in CRM software.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Expert-level proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable with cold calling and conducting 40-50 calls daily.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in marketing.
• Experience within the home service industry is a plus.
• Experience with Go High Level is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of software such as Slack and Asana is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
