As an Outreach Ninja, you’ll be the spark that starts it all. You’re not just dialing numbers—you’re making connections, uncovering needs, and opening doors for deals to close. If you bring the hustle, we’ll bring the training, the tools, and the opportunity to grow.

Job Responsibilities

Make 100+ outbound calls per day to homeowners using our innovative calling software

Use proven scripts while keeping it real—this isn’t robotic sales

Quickly build rapport and uncover the homeowner’s true motivation to sell

Qualify leads based on condition, urgency, and price flexibility

Tag and track everything like a pro inside our CRM

Pass warm, motivated leads to our acquisitions team

Offer insights and feedback to help improve call strategies and scripts

Show up every day hungry to learn, grow, and win

Job Requirements

You’re a natural talker who knows how to listen and connect

Comfortable hearing “no” and still pushing forward with a smile

Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-crushing mindset

Cold calling or sales experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)

Tech-savvy enough to navigate a CRM

Quiet home office setup + reliable internet

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus, but not required

Ready to be part of something bigger, where your hustle truly matters
