Pickl TX LLC is a leading real estate investment firm that operates throughout the great state of Texas. We are looking for an Outreach Associate to joint our team. The team is growing at a fast pace, and this person will be groomed to generate leads and information based on family and legal research that our team's research experts have generated.

Our company will provide you with comprehensive, psychology-driven sales training that will provide you with a base skillset you can use for a lifetime.
This is not your typical cold calling job - we use a specialized script to help identify and connect with heirs and associates of deceased property owners.

Compensation:
$6 per hour + $250 Bonus For Each New Deal Sourced.
Monthly Salary: ~$600 + $500-$1000 in bonuses
Our Expectation is that you will be generating leads that result in 2-4 new deals per month.
Monthly Goal: Generate Leads that result in a minimum of (2) new deals for the company each month.
Schedule
Monday: OFF or *Optional Shift* 5-9PM (4hrs)
Tuesday: 5-9 PM (4hrs)
Wednesday: 5-9PM (4hrs)
Thursday: 5-9PM (4hrs)
Friday: OFF
Saturday: 11AM - 5PM (6hrs)
Sunday: 11AM - 5PM (6hrs)
Total: 24-28 hours per week.

-Perfect English (without heavy accent) and Spanish. You will be using both.
-Familiarity with using CRM software and click-to-call systems
-Previous experience with psychology/NEPQ based sales training programs such as Results Driven, 7th Level (Jeremy Miner), John Martinez, etc.
-Ability to be FEARLESS and ask tough questions.
