Full Job Description

All-Star Auto Body is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Parts Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This key role ensures that we consistently secure top-quality parts at the best prices, keeping our operations efficient and our customers happy.

In this role, you'll use your expertise in automotive parts and your exceptional organizational skills to source parts from a variety of vendors, including online platforms like eBay. Familiarity with CCC ONE estimating software and Adobe Acrobat is highly valued, as you'll be managing and organizing digital documents and estimates.

Job Responsibilities

Source, compare, and purchase auto body and mechanical parts from multiple vendors to secure the best deals.

Utilize CCC ONE to ensure accurate estimates and compatibility of sourced parts.

Manage and organize digital documents and purchase orders using Adobe Acrobat.

Communicate effectively with vendors through email, phone, and online platforms.

Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely deliveries and handling returns or discrepancies.

Maintain detailed records of quotes, purchases, and vendor information.

Collaborate closely with estimators, technicians, and management to meet parts needs for each repair job.

Job Requirements

Experience in automotive parts sourcing, estimating, or collision repair industry preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in using CCC ONE estimating software and Adobe Acrobat.

Familiarity with online marketplaces such as eBay, OEM dealers, and salvage yards.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
