We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join us and take ownership of key parts of the case management and demand process.

Position Overview: The Personal Injury Case Manager will be responsible for managing pre-litigation cases, including requesting medical records and bills, creating demand exhibits, drafting demand letters, screening new incoming leads, and coordinating communication with potential clients and providers. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who thrives on organization, strong communication, and making a direct impact on case outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Request, follow up, and organize medical records, billing, and reports.
• Prepare and organize demand exhibits for attorneys.
• Draft detailed and compelling demand letters to insurance carriers.
• Screen and respond to incoming calls for potential new leads.
• Send initial outreach emails to potential clients.
• Maintain detailed case notes and communication logs.
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and attorneys.
• Ensure all case files are complete and deadlines are met.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in personal injury case management.
• Strong knowledge of the personal injury process, especially pre-litigation and demand writing.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills — clear, professional, and client-friendly.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and tasks at once.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with case management software is a plus.
