Pay: USD $150 per week, paid biweekly

You must be reliable, punctual, have a great attitude and able to start within a couple of weeks. Must be willing to submit to background checks and other screenings.

This position deals with people going through lawsuits due to injury from work - empathy and caring for your fellow human beings is essential to the success of the position. Must have a great attitude and be a positive person at all times. 

The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:

  • Answering a VOIP phone system for a US law firm in English and Spanish
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism 
  • Forwarding phone calls 
  • Communicating with team members and coworkers using Teams and Office 365
  • Scheduling online appointments and recording messages
  • Drafting emails 

Our receptionists spend most of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and court personnel. The bullet point list above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of activities and duties of the position.
