MM Assistant (mmassist.org) is a new agency aiming to connect skilled virtual assistants with executives. Our company assists in hiring and vetting the VAs in numerous specialized fields, including HR and bookkeeping.

Role Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and skilled Podcast Outreach Pro to join our team as a full-time remote employee. In this role, the Podcast Outreach Pro will be responsible for doing outreach campaigns to existing podcasts, to promote our client. Other duties include identifying new podcasting opportunities and monitoring trends in podcasting.

In short, this is a cold caller/lead generator/public relations role in podcast outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in podcast outreach, media outreach, or influencer marketing
• Experience in developing and managing PR campaigns, with a track record of achieving measurable results
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to write and submit compelling pitches to podcasters
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and social media platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, or a related field
• Experience in podcast promotion is a plus
