Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative products that align with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product roadmaps, and ensure successful product launches. You will work closely with development teams, and other stakeholders to achieve a seamless and high-performing user experience for our clients and customers.

As part of the LunaJoy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to support the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently, and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact.

3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to build and launch successful digital products. 

Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to drive product decisions.

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new products.

Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvements.

Track key product metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Serve as a key advocate for the product, communicating updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product lifecycle methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in user research, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in SaaS and Healthcare is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, SQL, and GHL is preferred.
