We are Nexplore Midwest, an Educational company. We are looking to hire a Program Success Manager for a contracted position for our client who is an After-School Program Company with more than 40 programs in all the States.
This is a 100% remote job. Only English speakers may apply.

Program Success Manager Role:
We are looking for a motivated, intelligent, and responsible VA who can manage the teachers that give these after-school programs. You’ll be the one responsible for managing the success of all these programs. If they have an issue, you'll help them solve it, and you'll make sure they have all the materials they need!
F you’re a dynamic problem-solver, this is the role for you. The Program Success Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of our client’s 40+ programs at various sites/schools on the Pacific Coast and will work in PST.
The Program Success Manager provides comprehensive, customer-centered service, supporting a team of instructors to facilitate classes from our client’s wide array of offerings. As dynamic problem solvers, they serve as a bridge between instructors and site personnel, fostering the joy of learning with our client’s clients and instructors in a given region.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with our client’s Instructors and clients (site coordinators, enrichment directors, etc.)
- Managing the full-service cycle of implementing our client’s programs, including:
- Facilitating a preliminary call/meeting with the site leadership team to understand the site(s)’ specific learning goals, enrichment needs, and budgetary capacity
- Customizing a service solution and program schedule
- Collaborating with our client’s HR team to staff programs
- Managing a team of Instructors to implement program(s) and foster the joy of learning
- Providing proactive and responsive solutions to any issues that may arise during a given program cycle to ensure utmost customer satisfaction
- Providing joyful, ongoing support and management of our client’s Instructors in the region throughout their tenure with our client
- Understanding our client’s programs comprehensively to be prepared to speak to all program stakeholders regarding curriculum, materials, pacing, etc.
- Establishing and maintaining clear performance indicators to assess and measure our client’s successful program implementation at each of their sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
- 2+ years of management/leadership experience (preferably in education)
- Passion for education and fostering the joy of learning
- Ability to anticipate and approach all problems with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Strategic thinker able to manage competing priorities and interests simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working in education (teacher/leader/instructor/etc.) preferred
- Demonstrate strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and proficiency with Google Workspace

The simple breakdown:
- Full-time (160 hours/month)
- Working in Central Time time (9-5pm CST)
- Pay: $1000
- Scope of work: Support and help coordinate 30-40 teachers in St. Louis, Chicago, and their after-school programming in a position called Success Manager.
