Project Manager / Implementer / Team Lead

📍 Remote | 💵 $8–$12/hr | 🕒 Full-Time | EST (New York Time)

We’re a fast-growing creative agency looking for a true operator — someone who can lead people, build systems, and drive projects to the finish line.

You’ll own delivery from start to finish, coordinating developers, designers, copywriters, and search marketers — while building the workflows, SOPs, and automations that make the machine run without breaking down.

What you’ll do:

• Lead projects from kickoff to completion
• Manage and develop the team (devs, designers, writers, search marketers, etc.)
• Build systems in tools like Notion, N8N, ClickUp, or similar
• Turn SOPs into automations wherever possible
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Who you are:

• A natural leader who gets results through people and processes
• Obsessed with systems, tools, order, and execution
• A tech-savvy problem-solver who loves learning new tools and staying ahead of the curve
• A people person with great communication skills who can lead Zoom calls with charm, clarity, and structure
• Familiar with agency life (web, marketing, content)
• Fluent in English & a proactive communicator
• Committed to full-time EST hours
