This is a dynamic role that will work closely (on a daily basis) with a fast-growing property management and Airbnb management company. You will work alongside of the firm’s leasing, business development manager and owner. The position provides exposure to a full spectrum of duties within a fast-growing real estate investment, development, and management firm. As such, the position demands a dedicated individual with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently and solve problems
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage overall marketing programs for Nest Managers & Swanky Nests portfolio including branding/identity, marketing campaigns, collateral, PR, advertising, and social media.
· Work in tandem with the Tenant Experience Manager to incorporate Nest Managers & Swanky Nests tenant experience and hospitality platform to include administrative duties and application processing.
· Prepare market analysis to observe current competitor trends
· Provide creative guidance and make recommendations on enhancements to building/asset branding, positioning, messages, programs and technology
· Scope and oversee photography and videography as needed to promote assigned properties
· Direct the design of deliverables across all relevant mediums - digital and print (e.g
· Wix websites and HTML email) and social media
· Assist with the creation of company marketing content, including social media – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
· Email Marketing through CRM of your choosing– manage database, develop content, track analytics
· Website Management – act as the liaison between web host and company, managing quality control and listing distribution; and create new content
· Track and manage Google analytics
· Track and manage our paid advertising metrics and objectives, including Google Ads
· Present latest marketing updates during weekly office meetings
· Present a monthly marketing update to owner complete with reports and key performance indicators.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of the brokers involved and their clients
· Develop a system for tracking marketing budgets and key performance indicators and make capital recommendations.
