We are currently seeking a Property Management Coordinator to oversee tenant interactions, repairs, and maintenance for our properties within the state, focusing particularly on those in New York City. The role requires effective communication, adept problem-solving, and ensuring the seamless operation of property-related functions.
Key Duties:
• Manage tenant inquiries, and follow-ups, and coordinate repairs and maintenance for around 150 apartments.
• Data Management: Accurately input resident information into our management system, maintaining well-organized records for efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the team to promptly address property-related concerns.
• Efficiently utilize property management software, specifically Rent Manager, and manage emails effectively.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in property management, preferably within the New York City area.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Familiarity with property management software, particularly Rent Manager (1-2 years of experience).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Stress tolerance is crucial for managing tenant interactions.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
