Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment complex. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the property's with DOORLOOP AND FOLLOWUPBOSS financial performance, maintaining high occupancy levels, ensuring excellent customer service, and supervising on-site staff maintenance

Job Responsibilities

Using DOORLOOP AND FOLLOWUPBOSS

- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, marketing, and maintenance

- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue

- Manage budgets, financial reports, and variance analyses

- Supervise and train on-site staff maintenance technicians

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws

- Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and local authorities

- sign new leases, handle collections , lease violations, terminations and evictions

- Ensure excellent customer service and resident satisfaction

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management, preferably in multi-family housing

- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Familiarity with property management software DOORLOOP AND FOLLOWUPBOSS
