Position: Virtual Real Estate Acquisitions Team Member (Future Team Leader)
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred (Fluent Spoken English Required)
Compensation: Highly Competitive + Performance Bonuses

The Role
This is a “player-coach” role. You’ll begin by making calls and submitting offers daily while learning our systems, and quickly take on leadership of a small team. This is not a learning-on-the-job role — we are looking for someone with real experience in acquisitions, sales, or real estate negotiations.
Responsibilities
Make 60+ outbound calls per day to property owners and agents
Maintain 3+ hours of daily talk time
Submit 3–5 quality offers per day (training on underwriting provided)
Update CRM and manage lead pipeline efficiently
Handle inbound leads and follow-ups with professionalism
Use scripts but know how to pivot during live conversations
Participate in daily team huddles and KPI reviews
Grow into a leadership role, coaching and managing a team of other acquisitions reps
Requirements
Fluent spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent
Based in Latin America (strong preference for Colombia, Chile, El Salvador, Belize, but open)
Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or inside sales
Strong internet connection and quiet work environment - we are looking for a veteran that wants to lead a team with override as we grow.
Coachable, organized, and metrics-driven
Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and basic spreadsheets
Leadership potential – ability to motivate and manage others virtually
KPIs & Expectations

CRM updated daily with accurate notes and statuses
