Real Estate Acquisition Caller

In this role you will be calling home owners to gauge potential prospects that want to sell. Having proficient English and being comfortable talking to people over the phone are needed for this job.

$500 Commission for every prospect that converts into a client!

Job Responsibilities

This role is the most IMPORTANT in the entire company . There are many roles but this one is the most important because you are the first person our clients talk to before anyone else.

We want to ensure that all our clients have the best experience possible!

What this means is you have to be GOOD talking to people. No reading everything off a script and you can't be shy to ask questions.

Your responsibility is to gather interest on if the prospects want to sell any homes and if so your goal is to get some brief information to help assist our team with giving them an offer!

Job Requirements

This job requires an individual that is willing to not only work hard but to be patient. There will be a lot of rejection and hard to deal with prospects. If you are easily offended or shy this role is NOT for you.

You will be required to attend two 30 minutes sales trainings per week with the team to improve your phone calls and improve your conversational skills

You will be expected to talk to 50 people per day. That is within 4 hours ( your working time) which is roughly 13 people per hour.

You will be expected to have a willingness to learn and improve .
