Job Responsibilities

About the Role: As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to identify and secure property acquisition opportunities. This involves:

• Contacting and building relationships with real estate agents in Tampa Bay, FL.
• Researching and learning about available properties.
• Cold Calling: You must be willing to make a minimum of 100 cold calls per day to generate leads and build connections.
