Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled cold caller to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our acquisition process by reaching out to real estate professionals to explore their interest in partnering and helping buy any deals they have. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with real estate agents, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for our company to do business with them.

We're a growing real estate company focusing on buying and improving properties, where we specialize in transforming distressed properties into beautiful homes.

Position: Real Estate Cold Caller

Location: Remote

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to real estate agents to assess their willingness to help us buy distressed properties.
• Build rapport and establish a foundation of a long term relationship with real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry (preferred, but not required).
• GREAT & POSITIVE attitude is a MUST!
