Full Job Description🏠 Real Estate Acquisitions VA – Up to $10/hr plus Bonuses – Experienced Real Estate Closers Only

👉 Description:We are a U.S. based real estate investment company hiring a Acquisitions Virtual Assistant with proven experience making offers to home owners, negotiating, closing real estate deals, and guiding them through the contract signing process.This is a high-level remote role. You must understand real estate terminology, be confident on the phone, great work ethic, coachable, and know how to follow a sales script while sounding natural. Only apply if you’ve personally made offers to homeowners to buy their properties, negotiated, and closed real estate contracts over the phone.

👉 Compensation: Base Pay: $10/hour USD

👉 Bonuse Structure:- Up to $2,000/month in tiered contract bonuses (3 signed = $750, 4 = $1,250, 5+ = $2,000)- Quarterly consistency bonuses up to $2,000 for top performers (hit your tier 3 months in a row)- High performers regularly earn $3,000+ per month with base and bonuses.- All contracts must be company owner-approved and realistic.

👉 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CSTPay Dates: 1st and 15th of each month

👉 What You’ll Be Doing:- Call homeowners (seller leads) and build authentic rapport- Follow a proven script while sounding natural and confident- Ask strong follow-up questions to uncover motivation and condition- Make verbal offers and negotiate price and terms- Walk sellers through the purchase agreement and get it signed over the phone via docusign- Handle objections and push deals forward- Keep all detailed notes, offers, and seller updates organized in our CRM- Collaborate closely with our team

👉 You Must Have:- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or seller negotiations- Experience closing real estate deals and getting contracts signed- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)- Proven ability to build trust and rapport over the phone- Good attitude, confident, friendly, and persuasive communication style, not robotic- Familiarity with terms like ARV, repairs, inspection, contingencies, etc.- Comfortable with CRM tools and outbound dialers- Fast internet, reliable computer, and quiet workspace

👉  You Should NOT Apply If:- You’ve never closed a real estate deal directly with a seller- You only have admin, customer service, or lead generation VA experience- You’re not comfortable cold calling or negotiating pricing- You don’t understand real estate terms or investment basics- You can’t work full-time U.S. hours or have unreliable power or internet- You can not take coaching or accountability for performance
