Quick responses to incoming leads and client requests for information are crucial, as is the ability to research investment and partnership models, real estate market trends, and prepare essential business administration paperwork such as letters of intent and contracts. Your daily tasks will include contacting a high number of warm leads, nurturing these leads, and converting them into signed contracts. You will also be responsible for structuring offers that align with our business model and closing real estate transactions. Providing feedback on how to improve and optimize our sales process will be an integral part of your role, allowing you to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
,
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed

• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required

• Real Estate Acquisitions/Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

• Outbound Sales: 2 years (Required)
