We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves conducting advertising audits, tracking property performance, and maintaining property-level task lists.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advertising audits, verify website and phone information, and review lead sources.
  • Track property occupancy and key performance indicators (KPIs) using Excel.
  • Maintain and organize property-level task lists, ensuring all tasks are up to date and progress is clearly identified.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills and experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Available Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm ET, and reachable by phone, text, and email.

The goal of this position is to gather, compile, and organize information to identify strengths and weaknesses within our real estate portfolio.
