About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Appointment Setter to schedule appointments for our busy real estate team. As the Real Estate Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments that convert into closed deals.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interests
• Schedule appointments for real estate agents, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling
• Manage and maintain an appointment calendar
• Follow up with potential clients after appointments
• Track and analyze appointment setting performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Appointment Setter or in a similar telemarketing role
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results
